Chicago Energy Advisors may collect information you provide through contact forms, quote requests, Energy Review forms, project inquiries, and utility-bill uploads. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, address, city, state, ZIP code, property or business type, utility and supplier information, contract dates, estimated bills, project details, messages, and uploaded documents.
Please redact account numbers or other information that is not needed for the review. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, payment-card information, or passwords.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, review energy needs, communicate with you, organize project information, identify relevant providers or solutions, maintain lead records, improve the website, protect the service, and support related advisory work.
Information may be accessed and used by the advisors and authorized personnel involved in the inquiry.
